Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all workshops, services, and website usage provided by Tools for Tomorrow (“we”, “us”, “our”), an educational service provider delivering interactive personal development workshops to students aged 11–18.

By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.


Workshop Delivery

  • Workshops are designed for schools, colleges, and youth organisations.
  • All sessions are tailored in collaboration with educators to best suit the needs of the cohort.
  • Sessions may include interactive, reflective, and movement-based activities appropriate to age group.
  • Teachers and school staff are expected to remain present during delivery for safeguarding and supervision purposes.


Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email and/or invoice.
  • Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.


Student Participation

  • Participation in workshops is voluntary and respectful engagement is expected.
  • Activities are designed to be inclusive, with flexibility to accommodate diverse needs.
  • Any safeguarding concerns observed during sessions will be reported in line with UK statutory guidelines.


Data Collection & Privacy

  • Basic anonymised data (e.g., student reflections, workshop feedback) may be gathered for reporting or evaluation purposes.
  • Any personally identifiable student data will only be collected with appropriate school/parental consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Testimonials and feedback used for marketing will be anonymised unless explicit consent is granted.


Photography & Videography

  • From time to time, we may request permission to take photographs or videos during workshops for use in marketing and promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, brochures).
  • Schools will always be notified in advance of any intention to collect such content.
  • Signed consent forms from parents or guardians will be required for any identifiable student images or footage to be used.
  • No photo or video will be taken or published without prior agreement and formal consent.


Intellectual Property

  • All workshop content, resources, and materials remain the intellectual property of Tools for Tomorrow.
  • Schools are granted permission to use session materials internally but may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt content without prior written permission.


Website Use

  • Use of the website (www.toolsfortmrw.com) is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to access restricted areas of the website.


Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and safe, Tools for Tomorrow is not liable for injuries or incidents arising from student behaviour outside of agreed activity scope or staff supervision responsibilities.


Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website or directly to clients if applicable.
