Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all Workshops, Services, and Website Usage provided by Tools for Tomorrow (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Educational Service Provider delivering experiential careers and personal development workshops to young people.

By engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms.


If there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall take precedence. 


Workshop Delivery

  • Workshops are designed for organisations, schools, colleges and universities.
  • All sessions are tailored in collaboration with clients to accommodate the needs of the cohort.
  • Sessions may include interactive, reflective, and movement-based activities appropriate to age group.
  • For under 18s, staff are expected to remain present during delivery for safeguarding and supervision purposes.


Workshop Participation

  • Participation in workshops is voluntary and respectful engagement is expected.
  • Activities are designed to be inclusive, with reasonable flexibility to accommodate diverse needs.
  • Any concerns observed during sessions will be reported in line with UK statutory guidelines.


Deposit & Payment Terms 

  • A non-refundable deposit is payable to secure each booking date.
  • An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued immediately after the workshop has been delivered and is payable within 14 days.
  • Interest will be charged on invoices that remain unpaid beyond the above terms at the rate of 5% per calendar month.


Delivery & Attendance

Tools for Tomorrow will deliver the workshop with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism. The Client is responsible for ensuring participant attendance and access to appropriate facilities (or online access where applicable).


Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the workshop - no further fees payable.
  • Cancellation between 6 and 13 days before the workshop - 50% of the remaining fee will be payable.
  • Cancellation less than 5 days before the workshop - the full fee will be payable.
  • Rescheduling will be accommodated where reasonably possible; fees may apply.


Data Collection & Privacy

  • Basic anonymised data (e.g., reflections, workshop feedback) will be gathered for reporting and evaluation purposes.
  • Any personally identifiable data will only be collected with appropriate consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Testimonials and feedback used for marketing will be anonymised unless explicit consent is granted.


Photography & Videography

  • From time to time, we may request permission to take photographs or videos during workshops for use in marketing and promotional materials (e.g. website, social media, brochures).
  • For under 18s, signed consent forms from parents or guardians will be required for any identifiable student images or footage to be used.


Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, frameworks, and content remain the Intellectual Property of Tools for Tomorrow and may not be reproduced, shared, or reused outside of the workshop without prior written permission.


Website Use

  • Use of the website (www.toolsfortmrw.com) is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to access restricted areas of the website.


Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and safe, Tools for Tomorrow is not liable for injuries, incidents, feelings or emotions arising from participant behaviour.
  • Tools for Tomorrow shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the workshop. Total liability shall be limited to the value of the fee paid for the services.


Force Majeure

Tools for Tomorrow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, strikes or industrial action, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, failure of utilities or transport networks, or the unavailability of venues or participants. In such circumstances, Tools for Tomorrow reserves the right to reschedule the services or, where rescheduling is not reasonably practicable, to cancel the services without liability.


Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
