My background is in corporate learning and development, where I designed and delivered training experiences for early-career talent, interns and work experience students. Before that, I worked with tutoring agencies supporting GCSE and A-Level students, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
Over the years, I noticed the same thing again and again: it wasn't just academic success that shaped a young person's future - it was self-awareness, confidence and the ability to communicate who they are and what makes them different. That became the spark for Tools for Tomorrow.
I'm a passionate, high-energy facilitator who creates safe spaces where young people feel encouraged to express themselves, try new things, and have the freedom to get things wrong. Because learning happens through doing - and your personal brand is something you build by being unapologetically yourself.
My goal is to help young people realise that their experiences, their energy and their voice are their superpowers - and that their story is already worth telling.
